Imagine360 Recognized by Two Leading Benefits Publications for Improving Employer-Sponsored Healthcare

PHILADELPHIA--Imagine360, a leading alternative health plan for self-funded employers, was recognized by two of the leading benefits publications for its impact reducing employer healthcare costs and improving health plan member experience. Today, Imagine360 was named a 2024 BenefitsPRO Luminary organization within the Humanizing Benefits category. This marks the third time Imagine360 has received a BenefitsPRO Luminary recognition. In addition, Imagine360 client, Stephanie Koch, Director of Human Resources at Hendry Marine Industries, was named by Employee Benefit News (EBN) as an Excellence in Benefits 2024 award recipient. She was recognized as one of the top benefits professionals in the country for her work in partnership with Imagine360 to strategically reinvest cost savings into lifesaving employee health benefits.

“As the cost of healthcare continues to rise, it’s imperative that brokers, employers and employees are educated on options that lead to savings and a better overall experience. I’m proud of Imagine360’s dedicated employees that work to make healthcare more affordable and accessible for our clients and members alike.”

“We are honored to be recognized by BenefitsPRO and Employee Benefit News for our commitment to support benefits professionals, employers, and employees,” said Jeff Bak, President and CEO of Imagine360. “As the cost of healthcare continues to rise, it’s imperative that brokers, employers and employees are educated on options that lead to savings and a better overall experience. I’m proud of Imagine360’s dedicated employees that work to make healthcare more affordable and accessible for our clients and members alike.”

The BenefitsPRO Luminary’s Humanizing Benefits category highlights organizations that are making significant and measurable efforts to support benefits professionals, employers, and employees by making the employee benefits and health insurance landscape a better place. Through tools such as technology, concierge services, communication, and information, the organizations work to provide personalized and timely support and information that makes working in and navigating through the industry a more personable and human experience.

Imagine360 has worked closely with Stephanie Koch of Hendry Marine Industries to improve health benefits. With more than $22 million in savings compared to traditional health plans and an increased transparency in utilization data, Koch was able to reinvest cost savings by keeping healthcare premiums flat for employees while also investing in a new on-site clinic to make preventive care more accessible.

Since opening in January 2022, Hendry Marine has continued to improve utilization of the on-site clinic while continually expanding the service offerings. As a result, the on-site clinic has saved the lives of multiple employees, as highlighted in this video. Koch’s comprehensive strategy, including using costs savings afforded by Imagine360 to invest in lifesaving benefits, is what led her to receiving EBN’s Excellence in Benefits 2024 award.

"At Hendry Marine, we live by the rule of, 'We're going to provide Ritz-Carlton service to every person within our organization regardless of their position,'" says Koch. "In our work with Imagine360, we’ve had the ability to save our employees money on their total healthcare spend, design our own healthcare plans based on our needs (and transparent data), keep premiums flat during healthcare renewals, and more. It's the most rewarding work I've ever done in the 25-plus years of my HR career."

Hendry Marine is one of the hundreds of companies Imagine360 has helped deliver significant healthcare savings. Imagine360’s integrated offering includes preferred provider and health system contracting, price protection through reference-based pricing, and personalized care coordination and medical management services. Imagine360 members report 98% satisfaction scores as a result.
