Crux Capital Expands Team with Key Strategic Hires, Including Its New Director of Business Development, Ardi Sahinovic

Ardi Sahinovic joins as Director of Business Development, and Amanda Kennelly joins as VP of Administration. Ardi Sahinovic Named Director of Business Development

Crux Capital is thrilled to welcome Ardi Sahinovic as Director of Business Development. Ardi is responsible for leading the firm's origination efforts and supporting deal execution, investor relations, and capital formation.

Ardi brings a wealth of experience to Crux. He previously held a similar role at Roark Capital, an Atlanta-based private equity firm with $38 billion in assets under management. During his time at Roark, he gained extensive experience working with multi-unit and franchise businesses.

Ardi started his career as a Management Consultant for Deloitte after completing two years of non-profit work for Teach for America (TFA). He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, where he was a letterwinner for the varsity football team.

Amanda Kennelly Joins as VP of Administration

In addition to Ardi, Crux Capital is pleased to welcome Amanda Kennelly as VP of Administration. Amanda brings over fifteen years of administrative support, project management and office management experience to the firm.

Amanda Kennelly has an impressive background in office management, having spent ten years as an Office Manager at Renovo Capital, a private equity firm in Dallas. Prior to Renovo, Amanda worked in similar roles at other investment firms. Amanda holds a BA in Art History with a minor in French from the University of North Texas.
